– 120ml passion fruit juice (or puree) 🍈
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract 🌼

– **For the cream:**
– 250 g mascarpone or cream cheese 🧀
– 200 ml cold full-fat cream 🥛
– 150 g icing sugar 🍬
– 3 tbsp passion fruit juice 🍈
– 2 tbsp grated coconut (for garnish) 🥥
