If it were up to me, I’d have these all the time.

Ingredients
4 large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 cup water
1/2 cup red hot cinnamon candies
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
1. In a large saucepan, combine the water, red hot cinnamon candies, and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the candies are completely dissolved.
2. Add the sliced apples to the saucepan and stir to coat them in the cinnamon syrup.
3. Cover the saucepan and reduce the heat to low. Simmer the apples for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender but not mushy.
4. Stir in the butter until melted and well combined with the apples.
5. Serve warm, and enjoy the juicy, glazed, and tender cinnamon apples.
