I swear I can’t stop eating this one
Ingredients:
9 cups Chex cereal
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 teaspoons lemon zest
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
1.In a large bowl, measure 9 cups of Chex cereal and set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, butter, lemon juice, and zest. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
3. Pour the lemony chocolate mixture over the Chex cereal, gently folding and stirring until evenly coated.
4. In a large sealable plastic bag, combine 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
5. Add the coated Chex cereal to the bag, seal it, and shake until the cereal is thoroughly coated with the sugar mixture.
