Preparation:

Add the sugar and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, add lavender, citric acid and add lemon slices.

Pour into a glass container, cover tightly with cheesecloth or a cloth, and let sit at room temperature for about 2 days. Stir every day.

After two days, strain the syrup through a strainer or cheesecloth into a clean glass bottle, seal, and store in the refrigerator.

Mojito with lavender

50 ml rum

8-10 fresh mint leaves

50 ml lavender syrup

Making:

Meringue with lavender

200 g powdered sugar

2 tablespoons dried lavender

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grind the dried lavender in a coffee grinder.

Another sweet, flavorful treat you can create with lavender.

We need:

1 tablespoon dried lavender

400 ml milk

100 g honey or lavender syrup

2 tablespoons cornstarch

3 egg yolks

200 ml whipped cream

1 tablespoon gelatin powder

Making:

Bring 350 ml of milk to a boil, stirring occasionally and add dry lavender.

Leave on for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add honey or lavender syrup and let cool slightly.

Mix the cornstarch, egg yolks and remaining milk until smooth. Mix with lavender milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Separate 3 tablespoons of pudding, mix with gelatin and mix both ingredients. Serve in glass bowls or glasses and garnish with lavender flowers.
