Add all spices and coconut milk, stir well, add meat, cook over low heat while stirring slowly for approximately 3 hours – 4 hours. Correct the taste, do not add too much salt because the longer it is cooked the saltier it will be.
Fine Seasoning:
15 shallots
10 cloves of garlic
1 thumb of ginger
1 thumb of galangal
Enough turmeric until the color is a nice yellow
