Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • salt
  • Butter
  • Rosemary
  • Pepper
  • Chicken stock

Preparation

  1. Peel several potatoes. Cut them into slices of about 3 cm, put them in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
  2. Put the butter in a saucepan until melted, add the potato slices until golden brown. Turn them over, add blocks of butter, rosemary and chicken stock.
  3. Cook for 30 minutes at 200ºC (400ºF).
