Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
8 oz chocolate of choice, melted
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring until the mixture forms a thick dough.
Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill the peanut butter balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler.
Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated, and place back on the parchment paper.
Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
