Ingredients
1 box (15.25 oz) vanilla cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Green food coloring
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Green food coloring
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Add green food coloring to the dough and mix until you achieve your desired shade of green.
Place the powdered sugar in a shallow dish. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll them into balls.
Roll each dough ball in the powdered sugar until fully coated.
Place the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are set but still soft in the center.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
