Ingredients
1 tube of crescent roll dough
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle a few blueberries and a pinch of lemon zest over the cream cheese layer.
Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow the rolls to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar, if desired.
