We’ve had a lot of pies over the years, but this is hands down, my hubby’s favorite!
Ingredients
1 pre-made pie crust
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until smooth.
Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is slightly cracked.
