My husband can’t get enough of this dish. As soon as we finish one round, he’s back for more!
Ingredients
1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of whipped cream or whipped topping
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
20-ounce can of drained crushed pineapple
1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of whipped cream or whipped topping
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
20-ounce can of drained crushed pineapple
Directions
Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until well combined.
Press the mixture into an 8×8-inch dish to form a crust. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with half of the whipped topping. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
In a separate bowl, mix the drained crushed pineapple with the remaining whipped topping.
Spread the pineapple mixture over the cream cheese layer.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight to allow it to set.
Optionally, garnish with additional whipped topping and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs before serving.
