Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 10-cup Bundt pan thoroughly.

Create the Peach Layer: In a bowl, toss sliced peaches with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Arrange a layer of the peach mixture at the bottom of the prepared pan.

Make the Cake Batter: In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.

Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with flour. Mix until just combined.

Assemble: Gently spoon the batter over the peach layer in the Bundt pan. Smooth the top.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 60–70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.

Serve: Once the glaze sets, slice and serve your decadent peach cobbler pound cake. Perfect for brunches, celebrations, or a sweet evening treat.
