This Recipe Comes from My Hawaiian Friend and Has Become a Family Favorite
Ingredients
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup mango cubes
1 cup papaya cubes
1 banana, sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup coconut cream
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, mango, papaya, banana, kiwi, and strawberries.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut cream, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
Gently fold the coconut cream mixture into the fruit, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
Transfer the fruit salad to a serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted shredded coconut.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
