Christmas Crinkle Cookies with Cake Mix

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth.

Split the dough in half and mix in red food coloring to one portion and green to the other.

Form 1-inch balls from the dough and roll them in powdered sugar until coated.

Arrange the dough balls on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the cookies puff up and form crinkles.

Allow the cookies to cool slightly before moving them to a cooling rack.
