1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Optional Garnish:
Toasted coconut flakes
Pineapple slices
Coconut glaze (1 cup powdered sugar + 2-3 tablespoons coconut milk)
