Decadent Crème Brûlée Cheesecake
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix crust ingredients and press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one by one, followed by heavy cream and vanilla. Pour over the crust.
Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set but still jiggles. Cool completely, then chill for 4+ hours.
Sprinkle sugar over the cheesecake and caramelize using a kitchen torch. Slice and serve!
