1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
For the Filling:
500g (2 cups) quark (or Greek yogurt if unavailable)
200g (1 cup) sugar
3 eggs, separated
200ml (¾ cup) heavy cream
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
A pinch of salt
