Ingredients:

  • 3 large yellow potatoes
  • 60 grams Panko breadcrumbs

  • 30-40 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Prepare the Potatoes:

Wash and peel the potatoes.
